Robert H. Crutchfield

Bob has completed a wide range of change-of-control and capital formation transactions for public, private, and family-owned companies. He has led transaction teams in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, consumer products, healthcare, and industrial services.

He began his career on the consulting staff of a national CPA firm and later served in executive leadership planning and financial positions for two NYSE publicly traded companies. He also served as Senior Vice President of a regional investment banking firm.

Bob holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Harvard Business School. He has authored numerous articles on financial topics published in national newsletters and financial magazines.
