Warren Equity Partners, a Florida-based private equity firm, has partnered with a team of water industry executives to form USA Water Holdings, LLC and acquire Si Environmental, LLC, a Texas-based provider of water and wastewater operations and maintenance services.

Crutchfield Capital conducted a comprehensive assessment of strategic options for ThermoView. The company was sold to a financial buyer under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
