Bob Crutchfield has completed a wide range of change-of-control and capital formation transactions for both public and private companies. He has led transaction teams in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, consumer products, healthcare, and industrial services.
Mr. Crutchfield began his career on the consulting staff of a national CPA firm and later served as Vice President-Planning and Vice President-Finance, respectively, for two large public (NYSE) operating companies. He also served as Senior Vice President of a regional investment banking firm.
Mr. Crutchfield holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Harvard Business School. In addition, he has published a number of articles on financial topics in national newsletters and magazines.
